Why do unqualified people offer unwelcome advice?
If you have no job and cannot find a job and have been unemployed for quite a while, why tell me where I should be looking for a job?
If your kids are undisciplined and run-a-muck in the streets, why are you offering me advice on strategies to deal with my teenage daughter?
Don't you find the people who cannot offer worthy advice, are the first ones to open their mouth? Why is that?

Maybe it is the idea that they offer advice from a different sort of experience...the opposite of success with whatever they are advising, more like projecting what they should have done onto you. Does this make sense?
It's because those who suck at life, want to rationalize their suckiness, but trying to make you suck at life too.
It's Human Nature. I work with someone like this and it drives me insane. I almost punched him the other day!
